Deathcatchers are Lesser Demons (most likely) that first appear in [ 8-2: ??? ]. They can resurrect slain enemies into puppets until destroyed.
Appearance[]
Deathcatchers have a spiraling base similar to Idols, with an upper body resembling a human being split in two. A heart hangs from the spine emerging from the body. (SPOOKT IDOL)
Combat[]
Deathcatchers are stationary enemies who activate when nearby enemies are killed. They will resurrect the fallen foes, turning them into weaker Puppets. They likely can only be destroyed by a melee attack like Idols, yielding the [+ICONOCLASM] Style Bonus and instantly destroying all resurrected allies.
This description is taken from when Arsi "Hakita" Patala states in a Fraud sneak peek that "Deathcatchers are a rare enemy that causes all nearby dead foes to get resurrected until it's destroyed. The resurrected versions are slightly slower and weaker, but as the dead stack up, their numbers can easily become overwhelming."
