The Developer Museum, also named the Hall of Shame, is an interactive credits level where you can look around, read about who did what (for more, details, see Developers) and see things like Scrapped Content. It was released alongside the Wait of the World update, replacing the original credits screen. The level was made by VVizard.
The entrance features a flowing fountain, a multitude of palm trees and lots of different kinds of vegetation. When you are inside the museum, a soundtrack can be heard until you distance yourself away again.

Additional Rooms[]
On the first floor, beneath a set of stairs, is a hallway leading to a restroom and a staff only room respectively. On the other side, beneath an identical set of stairs, stands a large door with a similar staff only sign. Although the room is accessible with cheats and has collision, portions of the staff only room will deload when entered. It was likely cut from the final version of the Developer Museum or too buggy to view in its current state for whatever reason.
Second Floor[]
The second floor contains old and new models of weapons and enemies, discarded weapon concepts (which can be picked up and used), additional commentary relating to enemies and weapons, and access to the garden, theatre and chessboard rooms.
Theatre[]
A theatre with copies of each of the developer plushies sitting in the seats. A projector can be interacted with to play a video showcasing the development history of ULTRAKILL. A blue skull nearby can be shifted to a different podium to reveal an aquarium behind the screen.
Chessboard Display[]
Above the theatre is a partially submerged chessboard display with various enemies representing the pieces, The queen is Gabriel, the king is V1, the bishop is a Sentry, the knight is a Swordsmachine, the rook is a Streetcleaner, and finally the pawns are Filth. Near the chessboard there is an archway with a terminal that lets you play the game, enabling you to set each side as a player or a bot. Upon starting a game V1 will automatically be given the mover arm to move the pieces. Upon capturing a piece, promoting a pawn, winning a game, castling or capturing a piece en passant, V1 gets unique style points.
If the bot is enabled on the terminal, a plastic chair with Victoria Holland's plushie sitting on it will spawn on its respective side of the chessboard, with the one playing black wearing a pair of glasses.
Garden[]
The garden area is located on the other side of the second floor, while not as interactive as any of the previous rooms, it allows for a nice and peaceful reprieve. In this area three trees can be found; two apple trees from which apples can be picked from and a potted tree which appears to be made out of stone. Unpickable Cerberus orbs take the place of fruits. Pink butterflies can be seen flying around the room, and the vaporwave-esque scenery in the distance shows a floating checkered road between two large Malicious Faces, it is inaccessible however, as approaching the models will cause them to despawn.
Secrets[]
- Behind Dave Oshry's nameplate is a panel, prompting the player when close to begin a "rocket race". When pressed, various rings will spawn inside the museum and the main entrance, the chase music from [ 4-S: CLASH OF THE BRANDICOOT ] will begin to play, and a stopwatch will begin. Flying through all the rings will end the race, and show the time it took to go through all rings. During the rocket race, rockets have infinite fuel.
- Beneath the staircase to the garden area on the second floor is KITR. When touched, the critter will follow you around the museum, and will be added to your Spawner Arm.
- When spawned using the Spawner Arm in normal levels, KITR will follow and kill any enemy she sees, dealing damage to them when KITR makes contact.
- The only enemy she is unable to kill is the Idol.
- When spawned using the Spawner Arm in normal levels, KITR will follow and kill any enemy she sees, dealing damage to them when KITR makes contact.
- Inside of one of the bathroom stalls, there is a Florp sitting on the toilet. However, it cannot be picked up. It seems to be in the middle of a panick attack because there is no paper on the toilet paper holder.
- Another smaller Florp can be found in one of the drink holders in the cinema, next to Hakita.
- The staff only room next to the restroom, similar to the staff only room on the opposite side, can be entered using cheats. While this room is furnished with benches and lockers, and has collision, portions of the room will still deload.
- At the top of the initial room with the Hakita plush, you can find a beach ball. It cannot be grabbed or Whiplashed.
- Almost out of bounds near the Chessboard Display, you can find Armboy. The game acknowledges this with the caption "A R M B O Y ! ! !" and applause.
- A turtle-shaped bonsai planter can be found out of bounds. The turtle bonsai is located past the upper corner of the west wing sitting atop the outer wall, near the Revolver model display.
- Destroying the Salad portrait reveals a drawing of a dead deer on the side of a road with a "get well soon" balloon tied to it.
- This is likely in reference to a similar meme.
- If you turn right after leaving the spawn room and no-clip very far you can find a humongous Salad plushie.
- The plushie has collision that allows V1 to walk around on it. It does not have any physics and cannot be grabbed or whiplashed.
- Alternatively, it is possible to go into one of the pillars and go out-of-bounds as it lacks collision, then you can go to the top of the elevator and use the Rocket launcher to reach the plushie.

Explosion effect
- Throwing any of the plushies into a garbage bin will cause them to explode with the same explosion effect as in Deltarune.
- Destroying 29 plushies will cause the area to become enveloped in fog, followed by a large horde of 60 Gianni Matragrano portraits chasing V1. These portraits function identically to Radiant Filth, and can be killed. Killing them all or restarting the level will cause the fog to disappear and the museum to go back to normal.
- During the fog, all podiums will have a V1 plush seated on them. They will disappear or revert back to their original form once all Giannis are killed, however, any V1 plushies moved from their podium during the fog will remain, as a reminder.
- Hakita's plushie remains unaffected during the fog, as well as all plushies seated in the cinema.
- The additional music and credits stands dissapear during the Gianni horde, leaving the bonsai tree floating in place.
- The Gianni portrait army struggles with reaching the stone gazebo above the chessboard display, should the army of Gianni portraits be too overwhelming, the gazebo (and high places such as treetops or closed toilet stalls) could serve as a retreat.
- Florps spawned in using the Spawner Arm can also be dunked, and will contribute to the 29 sacrifices needed to summon the Gianni horde.
- Similar to dunking Florps, the Gianni horde can also be summoned by dunking 29 pairs of CabalCrow's glasses taken from his stand.
- Above the large chessboard area in a plastic chair sits a V1 plush. This is in reference to Vergil's plastic chair meme from Devil May Cry 5.
- The plastic chair has physics and collision, but cannot be grabbed or whiplashed.
- Destroying the Bomb Fish in the cinema aquarium will cause it to explode, dealing from 10 to 20 damage.
- Inside of the aquarium is a miniature recreation of the museum. If the player is to no-clip into it using Cheats, they will find another, smaller miniature of the museum inside.
- Holding Mandalore's plushie for ~1 minute will play a secret voiceline.
- "Hey. Pssst... The waterfall conceals the water UPS. Agnes Gorge Trail. Use your ability and find the Size 2."
- This voiceline hints to the secret area in 7-S, as behind the waterfall in the courtyard leads to a trail of the same name.
- "Agnes Gorge Trail" is a park in Washington, USA which has a small waterfall.
- The mentioned Size 2 is a reference to the Size 2 Fish from 5-S.
Trivia[]
- The Developer Museum is inspired by similar locations in Insomniac Games' Ratchet & Clank series.
- Entering the Developer Museum on a fresh save file allows you to access the Cyber Grind and Sandbox without ever starting the Intro.
- Most of the Developer Plushies have unique pick-up and throw sound clips.
- Fish caught in [ 5-S: I ONLY SAY MORNING ] will appear in the aquarium.
- The music playing in the museum comes from Music for Virtual Museums, an ambient vaporwave EP by Heaven Pierce Her.
- This music is presumably played by the playing vinyl on the left of Hakita's plushie.
- The Big Dave statue is a reference to the Big John boss from DUSK, who Dave Oshry also provided the voice and face for, and whose face is available as a texture in the Cyber Grind. He is also referenced through a secret boss.
- If the theatre's backdrop is lowered while the projector is active, 5 YEARS of ULTRAKILL will be displayed over the fish aquarium.
- The difficulty of the museum depends on the last played difficulty of the player.
- Real life versions of the V1 plush exist, as well as a V2 plush.
Currently they are out of stock and likely will not return soon. The plushies have returned Soontm. - If the theatre screen is down the player will be unable to move the skull when standing on the screen, additionally, an error message shows up: "ERROR: BLOCKING DOOR WOULD CLOSE"
- The Giannis that appear when destroying a certain amount of plushies will still have pumpkin heads (and presumably the other seasonal cosmetics) appear. The glow of Radiance is also seen on the pumpkins, making the Giannis the only Radiant enemies in the game (of the Museum's creation).
- As of Patch 14b, the Big Dave statue has been replaced by a new original model of Dave Oshry carrying a dog on his back.
- The old model is still used for the secret boss Big Johninator, although with different textures
- The Black Hole Cannon being a scrapped weapon may or may not be a reference to the Black Hole Gun from Half-Life. Which, ironically was also cut and or scrapped. Or maybe the two have absolutely nothing to do with each other and I am looking into this too deep. However it's fun to think about the possibility!
